How to Reconnect to a Ring Chime Pro Network Once your device is reconnected to wifi (which can take up to 30 minutes), check your wifi signal strength in Device Health under Network.Tap Continue and follow the prompts in the app to reconnect.The camera sensor will detect motion and your device will enter setup mode.Stand close to your device, within the camera’s field of view.
If you have a continuous problem with your device disconnecting from wifi or a weak signal, try moving your router. If you don't know your wifi password, it might be printed on the bottom or side of your router. Remember that wifi passwords are case sensitive.
